The Clinical Systems Education team provides associates, vendors, students, and physicians hands-on education in the use of electronic patient care documentation systems utilized by Health First.

Training encompasses patient care applications and tools such as SCM, SCM/KBC, First Access, Emstat, STAR Clinicals, as well as Vocera (voice recognition and communication system) and BCX. All Clinical Systems computer classes are conducted on the 3rd floor of the HRMC Pro-Health building in Melbourne unless otherwise noted.
