Health First is proud to bring a new, state-of-the-art healthcare campus to the dynamic and growing community of Viera. Situated west of Interstate 95 on the southwest corner of Wickham Road and Lake Andrew Drive, the 50-acre Viera Health Park campus is centrally located in one of the fastest growing regions of the state.

Research has estimated that between the year 2000 and the opening of the new hospital, the resident population within Brevard County will increase by 19 percent, and the population of the Viera/Suntree area is expected to increase by 99 percent. Given this explosive growth, the need for a new hospital is obvious, and Health First is working hard to meet this critical need.
